This took too many layers and a truckload of time... I hope you like. This is at 35% of the size that I made it in... It started as a small something in my head of a horse catching a star, and inspired to make something moderately good-looking this time, I forced myself to put a lot of time and layers in it.

I was hesitating whether or not I should put extra things in it, considered i.e. making a blue rainbow or wings on the right thigh and making a shooting star go through the air (because I like shooting stars, I like the stars anyway, I've once for like half a year wished on one very bright-shining star every night when I was 10 or so.) and making clouds in the sky..., but decided it would get too "full"...

This little star-catching critter has no name whatsoever. I hesitated on many things on him, too, i.e. a horn or even a few horns on its head, and lots of other things, but decided that it would fit best to just keep him, well, just a normal horse. Except he is blue and flying in the sky catching a star? Rrrright. o_O

Symbolism:

Of the whole picture: Catch a star, even if you think it as impossible. Meaning that you have to follow your dreams, however irreal they may seem, however uncatchable a star your wish may be... A lot more is possible than we sometimes think. *wink*

Star sign: It's the aries sign. I couldn't find -anywhere- what aries looks like written in the stars, so I just made one up, based on the symbol representing aries. I am an aries, even if I do not have any of aries' features. (fiery, bossy, leadership, dominant... )

Shackles: The bracelet around the left foot is a bracelet. I got on the idea and I had read somewhere that you should get the different shackles (the icons, I don't know exactly what it is called in english..) from your friends... So I thought of what my friends give to me and have taught me... Here they come, icons named from above to below..:
Tiger: Courage, Respect
Heart: Love
Ying-yang: Trust, Security
Bird: Freedom
Flower: Friendship, Kindness

It turned out into more of a personal picture than I thought it would, not only because of the aries sign in the sky and the bracelet, but also because 'catch a star' is something I should tell myself more often, too. Life is too short to spend complaining...

(yeah, I was going to leave you guys alone for a while with this, but I turned out not doing so after all, did I? maybe I am just addicted to drawing. xD...)

(I am, by the way, not really happy with the eye... but I laid myself down on that one...)
